I have been coaching at Board level in the corporate world as a HR Director in numerous industries over the past 25 years.  I am accredited by Henley Business School and hold a variety of qualifications in HR, Management and Coaching. I have recently left my role as HRD in the FMCG industry and have set up my own business, Motivate & Aspire, coaching a diverse and exciting portfolio of individuals and teams.

Throughout my career, I have always had a real passion and interest in people – what motivates them, what gets in the way of letting them be their best self and how they learn and grow to realise their potential.  I have a curious and professional approach, ensuring I build in flexibility and informality along the way. I have been told that I have a natural open style so can quickly build rapport and provide a safe environment to test ideas that you may not have even considered. The possibilities are endless.
