Transformation Change

Led the transformational change of the operating model in order to meet the future needs of the business. Reviewed the organisation structure, ways of working and capability requirements in line with the strategy. Created an action plan to address all areas over a 5-year period. Re-structure was the first priority to ensure investment in the right areas to excel both in the short and long term.

Facilitator / Team Coach

Facilitated board level coaching to align team on purpose and values, initiating feedback mechanisms and workshops to gain commitment and alignment on team priorities.

Immersion Programme

Created and implemented a new ‘Immersion’ (onboarding) programme for all new starters, commencing on acceptance of offer through to 6 months post role. Team members were more engaged and % of new recruits staying post 12 months increased by 5% in the first year.

Culture Change

Led culture change through creating and implementing new behaviours to step change the business and aid its transformation towards a new category. Influenced key stakeholders to secure investment into a new workspace to enable new behaviours to live and grow through both the intrinsic and extrinsic environment

Leader as Coach

Co-tutored on a ‘Leader as Coach’ Programme to  a number of Senior Leadership teams both face to face and virtually, working with the People Lead to embed the skills back in the business and ensure the required ROI is achieved

Creative Solution, Development and Implementation for Retaining Talent

Reviewed and implemented a creative solution to develop and retain key talent, through ‘Squiggly Careers’. This solution enabled the employees to see beyond the typical hierarchical way of moving forward in their career. Benefits to the business included attrition rate decreasing by 3% as well as more sustainable succession planning to General Management level.

Engagement Agenda

Experience of leading the Engagement agenda for my client. Achieving No. 1 FMCG organisation in Great Place to Work awards for 7 years (Medium sized companies) Engagement score remained at 92%+ for 5 years (response rate 96%)
